After conquering New York and London, Woody Allen moves on to the Spanish city of the title for this romantic comedy. Allen favorite Scarlett Johansson, who appeared in the director's MATCH POINT and SCOOP, stars along with a pair of Spanish actors: Oscan nominee Penelope Cruz and Oscar winner Javier Bardem. In VICKY CRISTINA BARCELONA, two Americans (Johannsson and STARTER FOR TEN's Rebecca Hall) become involved with a pair of ex-lovers when they visit Barcelona.
